These terms apply specifically to users of the NodePost Media application.

A. Social Media API Integration (Meta & TikTok)

NodePost Media utilizes official APIs to facilitate content management.

  • Access Tokens: We store encrypted access tokens to post on your behalf. We never store or have access to your social media passwords.

  • Data Purpose: We only access the data required to display your media library and publish content at your request.

B. Storage & Infrastructure

We utilize secure cloud infrastructure to host your media:

  • Media Storage: Images and videos uploaded for scheduling are stored securely on DigitalOcean Spaces.

  • Data Residency: Your data is hosted on secure servers designed for high availability and global access.

C. Account Deletion & Data Purge

In compliance with global mobile app standards:

  • In-App Deletion: You can delete your account via the Settings menu in NodePost Media.

  • Effect of Deletion: Deleting your account will immediately revoke all API tokens and trigger a permanent purge of your uploaded media and personal info from our active servers within 30 days.
